About this Event
Together, we break down walls – and stigmas – creating space for a new behavioral health resource that will serve our community when most in need.
This wall-breaking ceremony marks the start of transforming the former McLaren Greenlawn Campus into the Crisis Care Center— a space for adults, youth and families facing behavioral health emergencies. As we embark on “A Journey of Healing Together”, we invite state and local officials, community leaders, and residents to join us in this powerful moment of building a foundation of care for those in crisis.
Join us as we begin building this next chapter in community health, with your voices and support shaping what will emerge from the ground up.
What to Expect:
- Overview of services and programs offered at the Crisis Care Center
- Insightful remarks from leaders including Senator Debbie Stabenow, NAMI Lansing President Katreva Bisbee, and other esteemed governmental, mental health, and community advocates.
- A symbolic wall-breaking, marking the transition to a new era of care
- Opportunities to connect with those shaping this center’s mission and impact
We look forward to embarking on this journey together.
