Kick Off OUT All Day with WalkOUT
Start your OUT All Day adventure with WalkOUT, a morning walk/run in Central Park that gets the LGBTQ+ founders community moving, mingling, and connecting before the big day ahead.
What to expect:
- Meet us at 7:45 AM sharp at the Columbus Circle entrance to Central Park. The walk and run both kick off promptly at 8:00 AM.
- WalkOUT Guides — including investors, senior advisors, and experts — will lead casual walking groups where you can share your story, talk about your business, and get advice.
- For those who prefer a quicker pace, join the 20–30 minute run.
- Both groups end in the same place so everyone reconnects for coffee, conversation, and a strong start to the day.

The Day Keeps Rolling
From there, the journey keeps rolling: head to WorkOUT, a midday co-working and networking hub where you can plug in, recharge, and swap ideas with fellow entrepreneurs. As the sun sets, the spotlight shifts to the StartOut Awards, our signature celebration of LGBTQ+ entrepreneurial brilliance. And when the applause fades, the beat picks up at NightOUT, the late-night after-party where music, dancing, and conversation keep flowing.

You don’t need a StartOut Awards ticket to join the fun. Every OUT All Day event — from the morning steps in Central Park to the after-party dance floor — is open to the community.
