Is walking becoming harder than it used to be?Do your joints ache after a short walk?
Are you hiking less than you used to—or wondering how long you’ll be able to keep going?
Have injuries, surgeries, or imbalances changed the way you move, even if you’ve technically “recovered”?
If any of this sounds familiar, this workshop is for you.
Walking Well is for people who want to keep walking—not just more, but better.
Led by internationally renowned Alexander Technique teacher Bruce Fertman, this immersive workshop will gently shift your relationship with one of the most fundamental movements of your life: walking.
This is not physical therapy. It’s not about pushing harder.
It’s about learning how to move with intelligence, sensitivity, and support—so that walking becomes something that nourishes you, instead of wearing you down.
