About this Event
This exclusive event for construction and design professionals takes you on a bus/walking tour through the most architecturally famous neighborhoods in Boston - Bay Village and Bay State Road. Led by local Boston expert William Young, you'll depart from and return to Marvin @ 7 Tide Design Center via tour bus, with stops at each neighborhood to allow you to walk the streets and see these distinctive neighborhoods as you've never seen them before. A wide range of architectural styles (including residential and commercial) will be featured and highlight how windows and doors contribute to the overall design aesthetic during the time these structures were built.
This tour has been approved by AIA for 2 LU/HSW. Marvin is the continuing education provider.
Tour Event Details:
8:30 am - Marvin @7 Tide Design Center opens, coffee & light breakfast items served
9:00 am - Depart bus from Marvin @ 7 Tide
9:30 am - Walking Tour starts
11:30 am - Walking Tour ends, bus departs
12:00 pm - Return to Marvin @ 7 Tide, end of event
