Join Stephen to explore the riverside from Vauxhall to Battersea which is emerging from a decaying wasteland to become a new neighbourhood.
About this Event

On this walk we explore London's newest district which is springing up between Vauxhall and Battersea and includes the new American Embassy and a huge redevelopment around iconic Battersea Power Station, all being served by two new tube stations at Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station. Previously a forgotten mostly industrial wasteland, this whole stretch of the south side of the Thames is blossoming into a completely new neighbourhood. But there are still a few reminders of what used to be here including the famous Battersea Dogs and Cats home.

You can check travel options at the Transport for London Journey Planner.
