Join a CAM Docent for a special walking tour to learn about Cape Ann’s Granite Industry while viewing actual sites where granite quarrying took place and left its mark—including the Granite Pier, Keystone Bridge, Flat Ledge Quarry, Rockport Granite Company Square, Little Parker’s Pit, and more!
The walk is approximately 1.5 miles and lasts about 90 minutes. Please wear walking shoes and bring weather-appropriate attire. Please note that some portions of the tour involve trails that are generally easy, but can be uneven, with rocks and roots underfoot.
Where to Meet?
Meet at Granite Pier, Rockport, MA. Parking passes distributed upon arrival. Tours are light rain or shine.
