Brant Fisher (IDNR Non-game Aquatic Biologist) will share an in-depth look at The Nature Conservancy’s project to reintroduce imperiled kidneyshell mussels to the Wildcat Creek watershed on this physically challenging hike. Participants will hike approximately 1/4 mile to Wildcat Creek, then walk upstream on the rocky creekbed, with potential water depths up to thigh/waist deep, to the site of the mussel reintroduction. Prepare for an adventure! **This program is limited to 20 participants.
