About the speaker

is the founder and CEO of AInvone GmbH, a company she established to deliver tailored data strategies and AI solutions to customers, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards, including GDPR. She also serves as a senior advisor to the JITRI Research Institute, leading cross-domain international research projects to optimize machine learning models. Dr. Ye’s career includes leadership roles at Zalando and a legal tech startup, where she developed data and AI strategies and solutions, adhering to best practices in data governance. She holds a doctorate in computer science from EPFL Switzerland and completed an ESMT Executive Education program in 2024.

About the moderator

is a program director in executive education at ESMT Berlin, specializing in AI strategy and management. With over 15 years of international business experience, she has worked closely with C-level executives to drive commercial excellence and business transformation in multicultural teams. Her career spans roles at McKinsey, Accenture, and various entrepreneurial ventures, focusing on AI education and strategic implementation. Before joining ESMT, she gained academic experience at IESE Business School with a focus on AI and the German Mittelstand.
