About this Event
About THIS Event Date:

Movement is medicine. Learn from Megan Jenkins how to move with the hoop and trust that your body knows the medicine it needs to heal and be happy again.

This intro to hooping workshop will introduce the foundations of hoop dance. You will learn how to access movements to strengthen your core and what it takes to access that flow state where you develop a relationship with your hoop.

About The Instructor:

Megan is a natural born entertainer who adores sharing her passions with others, with the hopes that it sparks their own. Her skills include Hula Hooping, Roller Skating, Tarot, and Magik.

She also adores entertaining kids and adults alike with face painting, story time fun, and performing as a mermaid.

You can find her locally, and at festivals across the country, as she loves teaching her skills to audiences of all ages.

The hoop has been my greatest dance partner through out my life. She always wants to dance when I want to dance, she never steps on my toes and we are always ready to leave the party together at the same time. I want to share my love of hooping so you too will always have a dance partner you can trust and learn to let go in the flow.
