Join Blue Zones Project® Scottsdale for a free 5-week Outdoor Walking Moai — a fun, welcoming group walk inspired by the world’s longest-living cultures. As the summer heat begins to ease, it’s the perfect time to head outside, move with purpose, and build new connections in your community.
🌳 Mountain View Park offers plenty of shade, scenic paths, and fresh air — an ideal setting to kick off the season with a boost to your well-being.
Whether you're looking to improve your physical health, lift your mood, or simply meet like-minded neighbors, our Walking Moai is all about walking together — no pressure, just good company and great vibes.
🗓 When: Every Tuesday + Saturday at 8:30 AM, from September 30 through November 1⏰ Time: Walk begins at 8:30 AM; check-in opens at 8:15 AM📍 Where: Meet at the shaded picnic tables next to the parking area
👟 All ages and fitness levels are welcome — no special gear required. Just bring your comfy shoes, a water bottle, and a friend (or make a few new ones when you arrive!).
