Come join us for a day of fitness ,yoga, connection & celebration. Walking into Wellness is a womens only event created by Coach J to create community & to celebrate and honor women. Please bring a yoga mat & arrive 15-30 mins prior to check in and get yourself situated. We ask that you limit the amounts of items you bring in as storage space is limited. We cant wait to see you there!!!
