Beginning Spring 2024, The Dragon Preservation Society of Staunton invites you to join us for a Walking Dragon Quest. The Quest begins at the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Gardens at 11 a.m. and travels throughout Historic Downtown Staunton showcasing over 25 Dragon locations. The Quest will be led by Leftentant Blackwolf, Professor Wild Ridge and Dani Dakota, each sharing their knowledge of the Dragons of Staunton. This is a FREE event and open to all ages. Guests who complete the Quest will receive a complimentary DPSS Membership Button.
The walk is approximately 2.5 miles lasting around 2 hours. All travel is on city sidewalks and blacktop however please note it is not ADA compliant due to the historic nature of city. There will be inclines as we travel around the city.
Participants are encouraged to bring water bottles. Scheduled stops will be available for restrooms if needed.
