Stay active, build strength, and enjoy the fresh air with this balanced fitness program!Join us every Monday and Friday from 11:00AM – 12:00PM at Riverwalk Park for Walking Circuits, a structured and approachable workout designed for all fitness levels. Each session begins with a 20-minute walk, followed by a 10-minute circuit focused on strength and balance, then wraps up with another walk and a cool-down circuit.
Exercises may include movements like sit-to-stands, heel raises for balance, step-ups, arm stretching, palms-to-the-sky movements, and arm circles. In the event of rain or cold weather, the program will move indoors to Macedonia Recreation Center.
This program is FREE and open to all—come move, connect, and feel good while staying active!
