About this Event
Grief is a natural part of life. We grieve not only the loss of people, but also relationships, identities, health, stability, dreams, and versions of ourselves. Some grief is loud and immediate, while other grief is quiet, ongoing, and layered. When grief goes unacknowledged or unsupported, it doesn’t disappear — it often shows up as exhaustion, irritability, low capacity, or emotional overwhelm.
This workshop invites participants to explore grief not as something to fix, rush, or “get over,” but as something that changes over time and can be carried with care, compassion, and support. Rather than focusing on closure, the series centres on learning how to walk alongside grief — allowing it to be expressed, witnessed, and honoured in community.
Please book all four tickets to attend the series in its entirety.
