Youngsters aged from preschool to 13 years are invited to take part in the biking and running race. There’s the option for them to grab a mate and compete as part of a team or take up the challenge solo.This is a fun event for kids with some great spot prizes up for grabs.
Mr Whippy, a sausage sizzle and a coffee van will be in attendance, keeping everyone fueled for the morning.
Pre-schoolers $5
5-13 years $20
Team of two $35 (team members can be mixed age but will compete in the oldest members category)
Pre-School Boys, Pre-School Girls: 50m run & 50m bike
Age 5-6 Boys, Age 5-6 Girls: 550m run, 750m bike, 50m run
Age 7-8 Boys, Age 7-8 Girls: 1km run, 1.2km bike, 50m run
Age 9-10 Boys, Age 9-10 Girls: 1.6km run, 2km bike, 50m run
Age 11-13 Boys, Age 11-13 Girls: 2.2km run, 3km bike, 50m run
Money raised from this event will go towards the ongoing planting and maintenance of the Shotover Country and Lake Hayes Estate Trees.
