WALK30 is a daily walking challenge, focused on building connections, exploring our city, and making walking a lasting habit. As part of the WALK30 challenge, this FREE guided walk offers a chance to discover beautiful urban nature areas while embracing walking as a daily routine. Designed for all ages and abilities, our route follows a relaxed pace with flat, welcoming trails. All routes allow access to benches, and public washroom facilities.

- Duration: Approximately 80 minutes
- Distance: 4.6 km (around 100 meters of elevation)
- Starting Point: West Forest Trails (South entrance, near Royal Oak Ave & Buxton Street)
- End Point: Central Park Pitch & Putt
