Sessions will be held each Wednesday (10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/06 from 9-10 AM).Walk safely and comfortably, motivate yourself to get in shape, reduce arthritis or other joint pain. The Arthritis Foundation's certified Walk with Ease program leader will lead the walks and will address:
health education
stretching and strengthening exercises
motivational strategies
address specific concerns
