This program is FREE and invites participants of all backgrounds, ages, abilities and identities to join a local physician or advanced practice provider each month, for a series of walks designed to promote physical activity, foster community connections, and provide an opportunity to discuss health related topics in a relaxed setting. We believe that engaging with our healthcare providers in this way can empower individuals to take charge of their health.
