We believe that walking is medicine! At any age and any ability level, the simple act of walking has the power to change lives. This Walk with a Doc event is led by a volunteer healthcare provider who will discuss setting SMART health goals to manage chronic conditions and optimize your current well-being. The group will meet at the front desk.
