Join us on the front lawn of Centra Bedford Memorial Hospital for September's Walk with a Doc with Dr. Benjamin Newman. Dr. Newman will speak about falls & fall prevention, followed by open discussion/questions from the group and a walk on the wellness path around campus. Bring the family and any pets on a leash. Coffee and light breakfast snacks will be provided.
Walk with a Doc is a free community gathering that promotes healthy living through movement, social connection and preventative education.
WWAD meets on the front lawn of Centra Bedford Memorial Hospital. Please park in the Whitfield Drive parking area nearest the front lawn.
