Join "Walk With a Doc," every Sunday at Queen Liliuokalani Gardens for a free physician led health talk and a community walk. It's free and everyone is welcome.No need to pre-register.
Walkers fill out a one time liability waiver.
Medical students from the John A. Burns School of Medicine and resident physicians from the Hawaii Island Family Medicine Residency Program start each walk with a short medical talk.
The talk is then followed by up to an hour of walking.
You can walk fast or slow, alone or with friends, it’s up to you!
It's a great way to motivate yourself to get more active and learn more about healthy behaviors. AARP Hawaii is proud to be a collaborative community partner for Walk With a Doc.
