Once a month we invite a different doctor each month to dish out nuggets of wisdom on a topic for 3-5 minutes, then hit the pavement for a walk.But here's the best part – it's not just about getting your steps in. You can chat it up with your fellow walkers, swap stories, or ask the doctor any additional questions. Come join the fun – where wellness meets walking, and good times are guaranteed!
