What we're doing:
🚶‍♂️ 2-hours walk/run relay around an approx. 400m grass track
Whether you walk, talk, or simply show up in support, every step helps break the stigma around mental health. Let’s walk together for a stronger, more connected Ōhaupō.
All proceeds go to I Am Hope to support mental health initiatives for young Kiwis.
There is only two members of each team on the track at any one time, but there will be bigger activities throughout the day that more people can join. We will add to this as we get more information.
BUT, of course we'll have to dress up, so... if you can decide on a colour to wear and find some butterfly/fairy wings between now and then... that would be good :)!
