On Saturday, May 11 at 9AM we will once again walk the trail at Barwick Park with Dr. Vanessa RodrÃguez. She will talk about the benefits of daily movement and osteoporosis.Bring your comfortable walking shoes or sneakers. We will walk at an easy pace, take breaks to do breathing exercises, and talk about OSTEOPOROSIS and a healthier lifestyle. You will be able to ask questions and learn more about how to live a life of wellness. Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!!
