Walk The Plot: A Story Building Masterclass for High School Students

Create a full story in an afternoon!
This workshop is for every writer, reader, and film-lover who wants to peel back the layers of story to study the bones beneath. We will uncover the motivations of characters and walk the beats of a plot—all within the historic and inspiring Hyde Museum. In this interactive workshop, participants will move and write so wear your walking shoes and bring a portable notebook and pen. You will leave the workshop with a greater understanding of what makes your favorite movies and books so compelling. This workshop is designed for writers of fiction and non-fiction, as well as for readers and film-lovers. You’ll never read a book or watch a movie the same way again.
