Walk Talk Kernow is a FREE adult bereavement support group run by Cornwall Hospice Care. Whilst walking in nature, each group provides a space for those who are bereaved and seeking social connections with others who are also experiencing grief.We will meet near the main entrance of the Cape Cornwall Club (Golf Club, Cape Cornwall Rd, Penzance TR19 7NL ) at 10am to register, then we’ll set off for a gentle stroll (an amble not a ramble) towards Carn Gloose with views of Cape Cornwall and Sennen on a clear day! We then take a circular route back through Bollowal Farm back to the Club for refreshments. The session finishes at 12pm.
The routes are well surfaced in most directions with small slopes and several low stiles in places so should be suitable for most.
Please ensure you are fit and healthy on the day as you will be asked to sign our registration form to this effect.
** During the summer months it is important to stay hydrated, please bring along adequate drinks for this reason **
Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear.
Our team will be wearing Cornwall Hospice Care Lanyards so do look out for them.
Please note: Parking is free though may be busy at high season.
