🚶🏼♀️ Walk, Talk and Moar 🚶We’ve decided introduce a walking group as an opportunity to get people out walking, chatting outside of the gym and most importantly building connections.
We are huge mental health advocates and believe that walking can boost mental health by releasing ‘feel-good’ brain chemicals, reducing stress hormones, and improving mood, self-esteem, and sleep.
Starts at 10:30am. We will meet at the tees barrage and walk to the infinity bridge and back round. We expect it to take around 45 minutes.
Bring your kids, dogs, families and friends and join us for a very informal walk.
