Exercise Your Faith is a family-friendly fitness event for all fitness levels, created to unite people through faith, movement, and community. At its core, this 5K walk/run promotes fitness and faith encouraging participants to strengthen both their bodies and their faith.
This is more than just a race. It's a space where people can come together to move their bodies, uplift their spirits, and be part of something bigger than themselves.
You can also do virtual if you can’t make it.

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RUN? �A virtual run is a run that can be run or walked from any location you desire. Run, jog, or walk on the road, trail, treadmill, gym or even a track (or even at another race). You run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. �
