Enhance your day with a serene stroll through the beautiful natural surroundings of San Angelo's Concho River, allowing the sights and sounds of nature to soothe your mind.
Whether you are new to meditation or experienced, this event offers a supportive environment for all. Reconnect with yourself and nature, and leave feeling refreshed and revitalized!
8:00am Meet at The Bosque Park | 330. S. Irving
I will be waiting in the parking lot. Look for me - I have redhair and I will be wearing a hat.
8:10am Nature Walk + Guided Meditation
We will walk along the trail about 15 mins and then sit for a guided meditation.
8:50pm Reflection
Back to our starting point, we will have a few minutes for sharing a reflection from our walk.
TO WEAR/BRING:
π Comfortable walking shoes and clothes to be comfortable to move in; we will moving a slow pace and staying on the trail. Check the weather to see if you need to bring a jacket or a layer.
πΆββοΈWe will be walking on an uneven path at times, as well as some stairs.
π§ Yoga mat, towel or blanket to sit on.
π π§’ π¦ Any outdoor personal comfort items - sunglasses, hat, water bottle, jacket.
β οΈ If there are inclement weather conditions like extreme wind, cold or rain, the walk will be rescheduled to the next month. Be sure to check this Facebook event before you leave to confirm we are meeting.
