Join us for a relaxing and stroll through nature! This in-person event is all about slowing down, tuning into your breath, and practicing mindful self-compassion as we explore the beauty around us. Perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and connect with kind thoughts toward themselves. Lace up your comfy shoes and get ready to breathe, walk, and be present!Walk in Nature (Mindful Self-Compassion Walk)
This guided walk in nature is an invitation to slow down, step out of daily momentum, and reconnect with yourself through mindful movement and self-compassion practices. Held outdoors, the experience blends gentle walking with moments of pause, reflection, and guided awareness, all supported by the grounding presence of the natural environment.
The walk is designed to help you reset and regulate your nervous system while cultivating a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself. Through intentional movement, sensory awareness, and guided prompts, participants are supported in reconnecting with their inner experience without pressure or urgency.
This is not a hike or fitness-focused walk. It is a spacious, supportive experience where the pace is gentle and the emphasis is on presence rather than distance. You are encouraged to move in a way that feels comfortable and respectful of your body.
All levels are welcome. No prior mindfulness experience is required.
