Join the Health Promotion team and Nature@Mac on Thursday, September 18, from 2:30-3:30pm.
Location: Meeting at PGCLL Level 2, Wellness Lounge, walk along Ravine Road trail, to Sassafras Point and returning back to campus.
Connect with nature and unwind on a walk! Led by the Health Promotion team and Nature@Mac, you’ll go on a walk on one of the trails on or near campus. Take time away from your studies or work, make new friends, and connect with the beautiful nature surrounding Mac’s campus with Walk in Nature.
Snacks available at the end of the walk in the Wellness Lounge.
