About this Event
Meet in Wyndham park, walk and enjoy the nature, then sit down on a bench with guided meditation and spiritual energy exercises. Small group of up to 4 people so can all sit down on a bench to do the sat down meditation. Enjoy nature, fresh air. Meditation is good for mindfulness, to reduce worries and anxiety, good for health benefits. Over 18's only. (sorry no smoking/vaping on event and no pets allowed)

Info: Meet at Wyndham Park car park, I will be up top end waiting, ie opposite end of car park to entrance, you will be able to spot me easily when you arrive in car park. Introductions first, then walk for one hour, along with guided walking meditation, enjoy nature, meditation next to a tree, time to hug a tree if the moment takes you, spiritual energy exercises for 10 minutes sat down on a bench before we have guided sitting meditation for 20 minutes.
