About this Event
Description: We welcome all who would like to take a look at what's going on at the EMBARC Youth Farm. We will have an open gate, so feel free to stop by during the event and learn about the goings on in the garden, orchard, greenhouse, and more.
What to expect:
Program leader: Your guide will be Ranger Sherrie Barnes, Garden and Greenhouse Expert.
Where to meet: Find Ranger Sherrie in the garden at the Farm.
What to bring: Please make sure to wear clothes and shoes that are appropriate for the weather. We encourage each person bring a reusable water bottle and any questions you may have about the garden.
Restrooms: The only restroom is at park headquarters.
Recommended ages: This program is designed for adults and older youth, but all ages are welcome.
Dogs: This program is NOT appropriate for dogs, so please leave your pup at home.
Weather contingency: This program will be held, rain or shine, unless conditions are dangerous.
Exposure: This walk is mostly under full sun exposure. Please bring a hat or umbrella if sensitive to sun.
