Celebrate World Wellness Weekend with your favorite fitness community! Join Group Exercise Instructor Sarah Karp on the NCR Trail for an intentional walk focused on your mental awareness rather than fitness goals. With each step you take during this one-hour walk, you’ll focus on breathing, and feeling the sensations and movements of your body. This process increases intention and brings awareness to both your movement and your environment.
Free for members and guests of all fitness levels. We’ll walk rain or shine!
What to Expect:
Power Walking intervals paired with Mindful Walking intervals
Duration: 1 hour (estimated two miles)
This section of the NCR Trail is flat, crushed limestone

Trail Entrance:
Mile 0.5 Paper Mill
Take York Road (Route 45) to Cockeysville (Exit 18 off I-83). Turn right(east) on Ashland Road. Bear left onto Paper Mill Road. Go less than a half-mile, crossing the trail to the parking lot on the left. There are spot-o-pots located a half-mile north, just beyond mile marker 1.
