Join Dr. Joe Dispenza's global community for this year’s Walk for the World meditation, a powerful event dedicated to fostering collective healing, transformation, and unity. Together, we will gather in mind and heart to raise the consciousness of the planet, as individuals worldwide walk and meditate in sync for peace, love, and positive change. This event is supported by our local Lake Nona Non-profit, Conscious Nona, and will be led and organized by Shannon Rollins, one of Lake Nona's most esteemed Hyponotherapists.

This walk is not just about physical movement—it’s a journey inward, tapping into the power of our hearts and minds to create a new future for ourselves and the world. Whether you are a seasoned meditator or just beginning your journey, this is a chance to participate in a shared intention of coherence, harmony, and higher consciousness.

During the meditation, we will access a Live and Downloaded walking meditation Audio where Dr. Joe will guide participants through deep states of awareness, allowing us to elevate our energy and intentions for global transformation. As we walk together, we unite across cultures, continents, and backgrounds, amplifying the frequency of love and connection around the world.

How to Prepare in advance for the walking meditation:

• Please arrive 15 minutes early
• Bring Headphones and great walking attire
