The past 12 months have been tough for our community with families of premature and sick babies more isolated than ever without their traditional support networks. We need your help to ensure that premature and sick babies and their Australian families receive the help and care they need in 2022.Every October for the past 12 years, families, friends, supporters, health professionals and volunteers have all come together to walk, celebrate, connect and help raise money and awareness for premature and sick babies, raising $2.5 million dollars. This money enables the Life’s Little Treasures Foundation to continue funding vital services, giving support and supplying products to help families at a very vulnerable time in their lives.
Living in the isolation is something prem families are all too familiar with and why we want to make sure that this walk is one that encourages people to reach out to each other, to enjoy the benefits of exercise and being outdoors and to feel part of something positive (just like previous walks!). This year, we are looking forward to coming 'together again for prems' in person at Peace Park, North Adelaide on 24 October. We hope that you'll join us for a family fun-filled day that celebrates the spirit of this amazing community!
