About this Event
Our special walk will take in the sights and sounds of the natural world at twilight. We will explore some of the stories connected to the local area and tell you some folklore, because why not – it’s Halloween!
A thermal imaging scope and a bat detector will be on hand to discover the wildlife we otherwise wouldn’t be able to spot with our own eyes and ears.
We aim to be out for around 2 hours and will be walking at a leisurely pace with frequent stops. The terrain will vary between gravel tracks, grassy rides and some wet areas .
Please wear suitable clothing; wellington boots are advised and bring binoculars and a torch.
