About this Event
We are back with another Walk and Talk! Join us for a refreshing long walk around Greenwich Park. This will be a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, catch up with friends, and get your steps in while boosting your mood in the great outdoors.
This will be a guided walk on mostly flat ground for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. (There will be opportunities to take breaks. Toilets and refreshments are also available at the park and there is the option for everyone to socialise at a cafe after the walk).
Please be reminded to wear comfortable clothes/shoes and to bring water.
Please arrive 15 minutes early (2.15pm) for the walk that will start at 2.30 prompt.

About our guide Sumbay Saffa
Sumbay also knowns as FITWITHSUMSSS is a qualified personal trainer who will be facilitating our walk.
At FITWITHSUMSSS we all work together to understand our struggles, celebrate our triumphs and inspire each other to push beyond our limits.
We have a strong & collective belief that fitness is more than just a physical journey, it is a lifestyle!

At BGB UK we are all about fostering community and would like to encourage all participants to speak to eachother and continue to cultivate a safe space.
This event is exclusively for Black Women, non-binary individuals, and those of mixed heritage with Black ancestry.
All fitness levels are welcome! This is a great chance to enjoy the outdoors and connect with others in a relaxed setting.
This event does not include food or drink but participants do have the option to join us at a local cafe after the walk to continue to chat and get to know eachother.
By attending this event, you consent to use of photography and videograpghy from the event in marketing and promotional materials.
