Walk and talk at 8 am.
Feel free to join in or dip out based on your schedule. This is a casual meeting to enjoy the outdoors and build friendships with other health conscious and outdoor loving deep thinkers.
Whether you're a local or visiting, feel free to join us!
We'll meet at 8 am at the Forsyth Fountain.
At 8:05, we'll start walking around the park, counter-clockwise (Bull and Gaston are 12 o'clock, Park and Bull 6. It's about 1 mile around the perimeter.
We'll be finished by 9 so you can shop the Forsyth Farmer's Market!
If you arrive late, just wait along the outer edge or start walking and you'll see us pass eventually. RSVP and you'll get my phone number so you can text or call me.

Emily Ruth (Emy) Crinklaw is a Holistic Health Coach and the Founder of Emily Ruth Health. Determined to help others create health, stay out of the hospital, and minimize their doctor’s visits, Emy left her 15 year career in medical imaging in August of 2020. She graduated from Maryland University of Integrative Health with an MA in Health & Wellness Coaching in 2019. Today, she combines her clinical experience with Biblically based life coaching to provide the best of Health Coaching. She helps her clients make better health and healing simple and fun.
