About this Event

WILM is delighted to offer the opportunity of an exciting "Walk & Talk" of a sold out show at the iconic Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith.
Tour Director, Sarah-Anne Grill will lead the event, giving attendees a comprehensive overview of the production which includes visiting different departments to learn about how they work.
The production has an amazing team who will be available to answer all your questions.

  • Connor Houston, Production Manager - will explain the staging, set build and creative aspects.
  • Kevin Jianoran, Monitor Engineer and Callum Lloyd-Williams, FOH Engineer - will talk through the audio set up.
  • Christina Lopez, Playback & Backline Technician - will guide us through the playback and backline set up.
  • Tess Minor, Lighting Designer - will talk about lighting planning and creative process.

Whether you are a newcomer or experienced you are very welcome to join us and learn all about what goes into making a big show happen!

Please note: This event is strictly for people interested in production and logistics and is not a fan experience.

The Walk & Talk will take about 1.5 hours during the afternoon and does not give admission to the show in the evening.

We will provide attendees with additional information in an email before the event (meeting location and contact details). The event is limited to 15 members and if sold out a waitlist will trigger.
If you cannot attend please let us know ASAP by cancelling your ticket via Eventbrite.

To attend you must be a WILM Member.
