Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Centre invites you to come along and join like-minded people to experience a walk & guided meditation, under the shade of beautiful trees within the surrounds of James & Ethel Gray Park.
Excellent wide open park with amazing views. Well used and maintained. Really looking superb.
The park is dog friendly and totally safe. Why not bring your dog along, on a leash.
The guided mediation will be done by Matevhu Davhana - a dad of 4 children who has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism since 2012.
There is no charge for this event however we will gratefully accept a donation towards running our Non Profit meditation center and spreading Buddha’s precious teachings.
We will meet outside the Padel Court at 09h30 am
