About this Event
We're on the move! Join fellow illustrators and hone your sensory and observational drawing skills for a guided walk and draw, ending with a picnic in the lovely museum gardens.
Bring your favorite tools and material to draw on, a packed lunch and hopefully no brolly, but you never know!
The Plan
- 10:15am Meet at the Perky Peacock, pick up any refreshments
- 10:30am We're walking and drawing! Illustrators are free to walk and draw at their own pace along the route
- 12:00pm Meet at Ciao York (just inside the entrance of the museum gardens) for refreshments, a picnic and to share what we've drawn (and probably more drawing)

- Lendal Tower
- The Riverside/boats
- Ice Cream Boat/Legend of the Ouse (if docked)
- Museum Gardens

Drawvik is a meet-up group for illustrators in and around York and is part of the network of illustrator meet-ups supported by the AOI.
Open to illustrators of all backgrounds and career stages. Drawvik is a supportive, lively hub to share inspirations, exercise some creative muscles and connect with like-minded folks.
