Join us for a relaxed, friendly walk in the park exclusively for expectant mums! Hosted by Mind Body Baby, this free event is the perfect chance to stretch your legs, enjoy some fresh air, and connect with other Mothers to be, going through a similar stage of life.

Whether you're newly pregnant or nearing your due date, this gentle stroll is all about community, conversation, and support. Come on your own or bring a fellow mum-to-be — everyone is welcome!

I'm Liz, founder of Mind Body Baby, and I'll be there to welcome you and guide the walk. Mind Body Baby is all about supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood — and this event is just one of the ways we're building that supportive village.

We’ll meet at Castle Park- by the War Memorial and go for an easy-paced walk with plenty of time to chat and connect.
