Meet us at the Old Shooting Range Trailhead to spend some quality time with Bark4Joy and your furry friend working on enjoying getting steps on the trail with your dogs. Madie Brustkern of Bark4Joy will join us for the Upper DeFord Accessible Trail and provide support for safe socialization and exposure. Dogs must be leashed on this trail which is handicap accessible and can accommodate wheelchairs and strollers. Those interested may continue on to the other trails in this area on their own. The trailhead at this location has both handicap parking and a pit toilet.
Walk-a-thon participants without dogs may choose to join this event either to walk with the group or to do their own hike on the area trails.
