We are partnering with Charm City Run to prepare for Walk a Mile in Their shoes. Charm City Run is offering the opportunity to train in a supported group setting with weekly training plans, predetermined routes, and a positive, welcoming atmosphere!
Training starts on Monday, September 23rd and recurs every Monday (6AM) and Saturday (7AM) thereafter. No experience is necessary. Runners, walkers, and run/walkers of all levels are welcome!
