Traditionally, a pilgrimage is a long trek to a sacred place, mostly for religious reasons. We will start our pilgrimage from the Tubman Museum, named for Harriet Tubman, who led many enslaved people on their pilgrimage to freedom. Join us as we 'Walk A Mile' in the shoes of those less fortunate. September 20th from 8am-1pm we will have Food Trucks, passports that you will get stamped along the way, and t-shirts! Make sure to register for this one of a kind experience of downtown Macon. Together we can make a change! To Register click here : https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/annual-walk-a-mile-in-my-shoes
