Verdun to Bridgewater loop. Approx 1.45mins depending on pace. There are a couple of 'slight inclines' so bring a walking pole if you have one.
*Meet NO LATER THAN 08.25 at the Verdun Memorial Hall.
*At PRECISELY 08.31am commence walking along Onkaparinga Valley Road, heading towards the Hills Christian Community School
*Walk around the back of the school or past the front of the school, just past the school there is a grass track on the left, walk down this track until you arrive at Red Road
*Walk along Red Road to Mt Barker Road, Hearing Dogs building to your right
*Cross over Mt barker Road VERY CAREFULLY and then head up towards Silver Road
*Walk up Silver Road ('slight incline', unsealed road)
*Regroup at the top of Silver Road VERY CAREFULLY cross over Mt Barker Road, then turn right and follow the track ('slight incline') up to Otranto St
*Turn left into Otranto Street ('slight incline' ) walk to the end turn around and walk up to Place Ave and turn left
*Walk to the end of Place Ave and turn right into Orontes Ave
*Walk down Orontes Ave until Oak Ave turn left, and walk past the playground to Osterley Ave and turn right
*Walk down Osterley to the bottom and turn right into Avoca Ave
*Walk along Avoca to Honey Suckle Road and turn right, walk to Mt Barker Road, then turn right
*Walk to Bosch's Service Station then turn right into Otway St which then turns into Omrah St, turn left at Orontes Ave
*Walk up Orontes and turn left into Oak Ave, walk to the end then turn right and walk up to Jarretts (now Adelaide Hills Nissan), walk to Otranto St, pass Otranto St
*Follow the track (Mt Barker Road) down to Silver Road, cross over Mt Barker Road VERY CAREFULLY, and walk into Silver Road
*Walk down Silver Road, and walk to the Hearing Dogs, turning into Red Road to the very end until you come to a grass track
*Follow the grass track to the end, walk along path on Onkaparinga Road, passing the Hills Christian Community School and then back to the Verdun Memorial Hall
*Men, women, children and non reactive dogs most welcome. Dogs must come with a leash and several doggie poo bags.
