We will celebrate the success of the 2024 Walk to End Alzheimer's Green Bay and announce all 2024 Award Winners! We will provide plenty of food and 1 beverage of choice per person, with a cash bar to follow. Awards will be presented to top teams in fundraising and team size! Teams can add members and fundraise until 12/31/2024.
