Max Log Press – Using our iconic Wooden Log, athletes have 3 attempts to find their max.
Event 2:
Deadlift Ladder
u80: 200-220-240-260kg
u90: 220-240-260-280kg
u105: 240-300kg
Event 3:
Farmers into Power Stairs:
u80: 120kg Farmers, 140/160kg Power Stairs
u90: 130kg Farmers, 160/180kg Power Stairs
u105: 140kg Farmers, 180/200kg Power Stairs
Event 4:
Sandbag Husafell for Max Distance –
u80: 120kg
u90: 130kg
u105: 140kg
Event 5:
Yoke 10 m drop and turn.
u80: 280kg
u90: 320kg
u105: 360kg
Event 6:
Stone Over Yoke –
u80: 130kg
u90: 140kg
u105: 150kg
Note: Stone weights may adjust depending on availability, but the challenge will remain monumental.
