Axle Deadlift - 280kg for reps in 60s - Suits and figure 8’s allowed
Viking Press - 150kg in plates (ish, will be tested) 60s, no drops
Farmers Walk - 15m drop and turn (30m) 60s - 130kg per hand, can be dropped
Sandbag toss 60s - 4m - 20kg, 22kg, 24kg, 26kg, 28kg
Stones 60s - 100kg, 110kg, 120kg, 140kg, 160kg
Top 8 to qualify for Wales Strongest Man 2025, top 3 from masters qualify for Britains Strongest Master

Top 6 from Wales Strongest Man 2024 have qualified
